Use AOL and Netscape How can I use AOL as my provider and Netscape Communicator as browser? Establish a connection using your AOL software, then minimise it and start surfing using your Netscape browser. You can also search the AOL newsgroups (such as alt.aol) for information how to configure browsers to work with AOL. But you can't use Netscape to start an AOL connection using Windows Dial-Up Networking software - it doesn't support dialling into AOL nodes because they use non-standard communication protocols.
